Photos | Road House releases character posters for Conor McGregor, Jake Gyllenhaal and Post Malone

The new character posters for Road House have been released, including the latest shot of Conor McGregor.

Next month, the world premiere of the Road House remake will take place. It features Jake Gyllenhaal and Conor McGregor as the stars of the movie, with Conor playing the main antagonist.

While many fight fans would prefer to see the Irishman get back in the cage, this certainly has the potential to give him a whole new career path. McGregor, as we know, is a former two-weight world champion in the UFC. He’s also the biggest star we’ve ever seen in mixed martial arts.

McGregor’s next big move

While some are a fan of this new venture, others aren’t convinced that McGregor will be able to pull it off. Based on the trailer, it certainly seems as if the 35-year-old will be playing an exaggerated version of the persona he uses in press conferences and interviews.

We’ll even get the chance to see Gyllenhaal compete in the Octagon, which was filmed at an actual UFC event last year.

Regarding Conor’s actual future in the cage, there are far more questions than answers right now. Dana White has suggested that his return date keeps getting pushed back, with the initial hope being that he would return in time for UFC 300. Alas, with that plan seemingly out of the window, the promotion needs to come up with something else – and fast.
